Kootenay Silver Advances Silver Resource Development in Mexico

One of the largest junior-owned silver portfolios supports growth in a strong market.

Silver is hitting all-time highs, and Kootenay Silver boasts one of the largest silver resource portfolios owned by a junior company, with major projects located in Mexico. The company is actively engaged in the discovery and development of several significant silver assets in the Sierra Madre region. 

Kootenay’s flagship asset, the Columba Silver Project in Chihuahua state, has delivered a sizeable inferred Mineral Resource Estimate totaling approximately 54.1 million ounces of silver at 284 grams per tonne, with the known zones remaining open in multiple directions. 

The company also holds the La Cigarra Silver Project, where current resource estimates include more than 51 million ounces of silver in the measured and indicated categories plus additional inferred silver ounces, providing a foundation for continued resource growth.
