CEO Clip - Altamira Gold: Can a 2-Million-Ounce Gold Project Grow Into a Larger District in Brazil?

Altamira Gold is advancing a growing gold project in central-western Brazil, where continued resource growth at the Maria Bonita porphyry discovery is supporting the company’s vision for a multimillion-ounce gold district.

Altamira Gold has steadily expanded its gold resource in Brazil. The company published an initial 700,000-ounce resource in 2019 before making the Maria Bonita porphyry discovery in 2022.

Maria Bonita has since become a major part of the project’s growth story. An initial resource of approximately 720,000 ounces of gold was announced in 2025, followed by a recent update increasing the Maria Bonita resource to approximately 1.3 million ounces.

Combined, management says the project now contains approximately 2 million ounces* of gold.

With Maria Bonita continuing to grow and a larger district-scale opportunity still being evaluated, Altamira Gold is focused on adding volume and demonstrating the full scale of its gold potential in Brazil.
