CEO Clips - Silver Viper Minerals Expands La Virginia Resource in Mexico

Precious metals explorer targets major drill campaign and resource growth

What is Silver Viper Minerals working toward?

Silver Viper Minerals is advancing its La Virginia project in Mexico with an extensive drill program designed to expand its existing gold-equivalent resource and test new discovery targets.

Precious metals exploration often comes down to scale. The ability to grow ounces while still discovering new mineralization can define whether a project becomes a long-term mining asset.

Silver Viper Minerals is focused on doing both.

The company currently controls three properties in Mexico and is positioning itself as a significant explorer in the region. Its flagship La Virginia project already hosts an estimated 700,000 gold-equivalent ounces.

Management plans a major drilling campaign totaling more than 60,000 metres. The program is split between expanding the existing resource and testing new targets, creating multiple potential catalysts.

An updated resource estimate is expected around the end of the second quarter, with the company aiming to substantially grow the current inventory.

Beyond drilling, Silver Viper is also evaluating acquisition opportunities to add additional precious metal ounces. Its portfolio currently holds a roughly balanced exposure between gold and silver.

With both metals attracting investor attention, the company believes diversification strengthens the project’s long-term positioning while maintaining leverage to commodity prices.
