CEO Clips - Sitka Gold Builds on Yukon Discovery with Expanded Resource and New Drilling
Why This Matters
Canadian gold explorer advancing multi-million-ounce resource in the Yukon’s Tombstone Gold Belt
Sitka Gold Corp. continues to scale up exploration at its Yukon-based gold project with a focus on growing what is already a significant resource. The company recently upgraded its estimate on one of its deposits to 1.3 million ounces at 1.01 g/t in the Indicated category, along with 1 million ounces at 0.94 g/t in the Inferred category. With strong infrastructure access and just a two-hour drive from Dawson City, the project is both accessible and advancing quickly. In 2025, Sitka launched a 30,000-meter drill program, fully financed and already underway—with results expected to follow. In an active Canadian gold belt, Sitka’s combination of scale, access, and near-surface grades gives it a meaningful position in the junior exploration space.
