Copper Fox Metals Expands Copper Exploration and Development Pipeline

Economic studies, partner decisions and drilling drive upcoming milestones

How is Copper Fox Metals advancing its copper projects?

Copper Fox Metals is progressing multiple copper assets through economic studies, exploration drilling and strategic partnerships as the company advances its North American project portfolio.

Copper has become one of the most strategically important metals in modern industry.

As electrification accelerates worldwide, demand for copper continues to grow.

Copper Fox Metals has focused on the metal since the company’s founding in 2002.

According to President and CEO Elmer Stewart, maintaining a strong technical focus on a single commodity can help build expertise and identify long-term opportunities.

Over the past two decades, Copper Fox has assembled a portfolio of five copper projects, several of which also host recoverable molybdenum, gold and silver mineralization.

One of the company’s most advanced assets is its Van Dyke project in Arizona, where upcoming milestones include completion of a Preliminary Economic Assessment.

Following that work, the company plans to begin advancing the project toward a Pre-Feasibility Study, a key step in determining whether the project could move toward development.

Another major milestone may come from Schaft Creek, where a development decision from the company’s partner could determine whether the project progresses to the next stage of technical evaluation.

At the exploration stage, Copper Fox has recently begun maiden drilling at the Mineral Mountain project in Arizona.

The property is located approximately 20 kilometres southwest of the Resolution copper deposit, widely considered one of the largest undeveloped copper deposits globally.

Exploration results from this drilling campaign could help define the mineral potential of the broader area.
