Dev Randhawa, CEO of Fission Uranium, speaks on
their world class asset and management team.
"For those investors who can see the obvious that we need more and more clean energy, uranium energy is clean energy and Fission has a world class asset and the management team that's done this before has a history of success. Our key project is a uranium asset in Saskatchewan that we are moving towards bankable feasibility. What makes it unique is that it's very high grade and big but it's often been very deep. And now for the first time in many, many years 50 meters in surface as you can open pit. We've been very fortunate to have a world class technical teams that keep discovering assets but at same time the assets are so good that we're able to attract utilities who are very conservative generally. So now we've got CGN and as a partner, they're awesome. They can finance, they run mines and they understand fuel processing. We're very happy to have them as a partner. We're expecting a pre-feasibility study that will give us an idea where we sit in the world in terms of getting close to production. So, that's our next step and I hope to have within 18 months of that a bankable feasible study. And I believe it will open the door for possible more joint ventures or other relationships in the industry." Fission Uranium CEO Dev Randhawa
Award Winning Project
Fission Uranium Corp (TSX: FCU) owns the award-winning PLS uranium project, host to the near-surface, high-grade Triple R deposit - part of the largest mineralized trend in the Athabasca Basin region. Major new high-grade zones have been discovered each year since discovery in 2012 and recent exploration drilling has encountered further mineralization west of the trend.
