Valhalla Metals: Exploring High-Grade Copper and Critical Metals in Alaska's Ambler Mining District

Valhalla Metals is advancing two high-grade copper and critical metals projects in Alaska's Ambler Mining District, supported by strategic shareholders, exploration funding and improved prospects for infrastructure access.
Valhalla Metals is a U.S.-focused copper exploration company advancing its flagship Sun Project and Smucker Project in Alaska's mineral-rich Ambler Mining District. Both projects are known to contain high-grade volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) mineralization, offering exposure to copper and other critical metals in one of North America's underdeveloped mining regions.
Amajor development for the district came in October 2025, when the U.S. federal government approved the proposed Ambler Road, potentially addressing a longstanding infrastructure challenge. Valhalla also benefits from a strategically aligned shareholder base, including Teck Resources with approximately 31% ownership, Marubeni with 13%, and management and directors with approximately 36%. In June 2026, Valhalla acquired the Smucker Project from Teck and completed a concurrent C$15 million financing to advance exploration at its Sun and Smucker projects.
With its latest drilling season at the Sun Project complete, Valhalla anticipates assay results in Q4 2026, which could provide near-term exploration catalysts. Through continued drilling, resource evaluation and development of its district-scale land position, Valhalla Metals is working to unlock a new source of high-grade U.S. copper and critical metals.
