Richard Carleton, CEO of the CSE Canadian Securities Exchange, speaks about the prosperous resource sector.

According to Carleton, we are seeing a return to significant investment in iron ore, copper, nickel. Also popular are all of the battery metals, including graphite and lithium.

The mining sector was the most active on the Canadian Securities Exchange in 2020. They saw more new mining companies than companies from any other sector.

"It's certainly a very good time to be in the mining space and raising money for your project," says Carleton.
