Mr. Harris is a mining engineer with over 25 years of experience leadingmining projects worldwide including 15 years working and living in SouthAmerica. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of AMAK Mining andPara Resources.   

Mr.Harris was also Senior Vice President and Country Manager of CorrienteResources through feasibility, initial engineering, and commencement ofconstruction at the Mirador mine in Ecuador. He successfully led the push toreactivate Corriente’s mining projects in the South American country leading tothe sale of Corriente for $690 million.  The Mirador went on to become the first large scale mining operation inthe history of Ecuador.
