Unisync is one of the largest broadly based Canadian uniform providers. The business strategy is to market the combined manufacturing and distribution capabilities of Unisync. This is to secure additional accounts in the Canadian and North American government and corporate sectors.

2 Business Segments

Unisync operates through two business segments: Unisync Group Limited of Mississauga, Ontario and Peerless Garments LP of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Unisync Group is a leading customer-focused provider of corporate apparel. It serves a list of leading Canadian iconic brands such as; Air Canada, TELUS, G4S, Shoppers Drug Mart, Federated Co-op, Home Hardware and Purolator.

Secondly, Peerless Garments specializes in the production and distribution of highly technical protective garments, military operational clothing and accessories for a broad spectrum of Federal, Provincial and Municipal government departments and agencies. Peerless Garments is proud to be have been a supplier to the Canadian Military since 1950.

Further, the combined operations of Unisync represent a vertically integrated and proudly Canadian based enterprise with exceptional capabilities in garment design, domestic manufacturing and off-shore outsourcing, including state-of-the-art web based B2B ordering, distribution and program management systems.

"Our reputation is now actually selling ourselves. Our major customers are actually referring us within the industry. So they've become an extension of our salesforce.", says CEO of Unisync, Matthew Graham.

More on Unisync

Unisyc is a leading candidate for a 20 year, one billion dollar contract with the Canadian Armed Forces. "We are already the current supplier of the combat uniform. So, we believe we have a competitive advantage in this.", says Graham.

The Company also has a leg up on the competition in the airline industry, as the first uniform provider to receive a Standard 100 certification in North America. "It's a certification program that allows you to test every component in a product right down to the thread (the zipper and the buttons) to make sure that it's free of any harmful substances.", says SVP of Operations, Michael Smith.
